What are the delivery terms?

We entrust all our shipments to the expert hands of the DHL couriers that provide delivery throughout Europe in 3-4 working days, in case of unexpected delays we kindly ask you to contact us by mail at info@l10trading.com, indicating “Delivery delay” in the subject.

What is the return policy of the items purchased on qushini.com?

In compliance with Italian law, every product purchased on the mojipower.it website can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.If you want to proceed with a return, keep the delivery box and write to info@l10trading.com, indicating “Return” in the subject.

In general, we follow these return policy:

1 The Purchaser has, in any case, the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the purchased good.

2 In the event the Purchaser decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must notify the Seller by means of registered letter a.r. at L10 Trading s.r.l., Via Padana Superiore, 72 / D, 25080 Mazzano (BS), anticipating communication via e-mail at: info@l10trading.com

3 The Purchaser will ship the Product carefully packaged in the original packaging, complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and all contents in origin.

4 The return of the property must take place no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it informed the Seller of its decision to withdraw.

5 To be entitled to reimbursement of the price paid, the goods must be returned intact and in any case in a normal state of conservation. The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, ie: – in the absence of the original packaging – in the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.) – for damage to the product for different reasons from transport.

6 In the case of partial withdrawal for the purchase of several products, the Delivery Contribution possibly sustained by the Purchaser will not be reimbursed.

7 The only costs payable by the Purchaser for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, pursuant to this article, are the costs of returning the goods to the Seller.

8 After the return of the Products, the Seller provides the necessary checks regarding the integrity of the same and compliance with the conditions contained in the previous articles. If the checks are concluded positively, the Seller will send the Buyer, via e-mail, the confirmation of acceptance of the returned Products and proceed to cancel the order and issue the relevant credit note.

9 The Seller will refund the entire amount paid by the Purchaser, by crediting the credit card used for the purchase or the Paypal account of the Purchaser, which will be carried out as soon as possible or, in any case, within the deadline 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of notice of withdrawal.

10 With the receipt of the communication with which the Purchaser communicates the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the parties to this contract are released from their reciprocal obligations, except as provided for in the previous points of this article.

11 The Seller is not required to reimburse the additional costs of delivery.

I have a malfunction, what can I do?

We test and try each product before shipping, but in the rare case of technical problems, do not hesitate to contact us via email at the address info@l10trading.com, indicating “Technical Issues” in the subject.

What can I use to charge Qushini products?

Our animal and robot Bluetooth speakers, rabbit night lamps, hand warmers & power banks, desk fan, portable fan and mini portable fan can be charged via:

  • USB computer port
  • USB wall plug – iPod, iPhone, Blackberry, HTC, Samsung or any other smartphone plug.

Our other products (humidifiers, mini desk fan, elephant wireless charger) don’t need to be charged, because they work only with the cable plugged into a USB computer port or a USB wall plug.

How can I start the Bluetooth speakers?

ANIMAL BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS:

1. Press the ON button and hold it for 3 seconds. A blue light will blink
2. On your device, search for a bluetooth connection and select “Qushini speaker”. A blue LED light will turn on.
3. Press shortly the ON/OFF button to pause/play the music or to answer the phone
4. Press the ON/OFF button twice shortly to change from Bluetooth mode to Micro SD card mode
5. Press the VOL+ button and hold it for 2 seconds to play the next song
6. Press the VOL- button and hold it for 2 seconds to play the previous song
7. Press the OFF button and hold it for 3 seconds to turn off the speaker

ROBOT BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS:

1. Press the ON button and hold it for 3 seconds. A pink light will blink
2. On your device, search for a bluetooth connection and select “Qushini robot speaker”. A pink LED light will turn on.
3. Press shortly the ON/OFF button to pause/play the music or to answer the phone
4. Press the ON/OFF button twice shortly to reject a call
5. Press the OFF button and hold it for 3 seconds to turn off the Robot

How can I use the Cactus Humidifier?

1. Hold the Cactus lid and pull it up vertically to open the product. Please pay attention not to wet the upper lid as it is not waterproof.
2. Pour water in the tank up to the max capacity level mark on the outside of the Cactus pot. Please do not exceed this level
3. If you wish, add a few drop of essential oil
4. The first time you use the product, please remove the absorbent cotton stick from the suction pipe and soak it well. Beware not to use the lower spring inside the suction rod.
5. Connect the Cactus to a computer or a power outlet with the USB/micro USB cable. A red light will turn on 6. Press the button once to start humidifying mode. The default timing is 4 hours
7. Press the button once to switch off the humidifier

How can I charge the Rabbit Lamp?

1. Using a micro USB / USB cable (included in the package), connect the product to a computer or an AC adapter from a power outlet
2. When you charge the Rabbit in power off mode, a red breath light will turn on.
3. The light will turn off when the Rabbit is fully charged
4. When you charge the Rabbit in power on mode, the LED light will twinkle twice.
5. The LED light twinkles 5 times when the battery is low.

How can I use the Rabbit Lamp?

1. Press the button for 3 sec to switch the Rabbit on
2. Pat the body of the Rabbit to change colors. Choose between 7 colors: white, red, yellow, green, blue, purple and pink

How can I use Paw as a hand warmer?

1. Press twice the control button to switch on the hand warmer function
2. One light will blink (temperature is 45°C)
3. Press again the control button to switch the high temperature (55°C) and two lights will blink.

How can I use Paw as a power bank?

1. Turn off the hand warmer mode
2. Plug the adapter into the micro USB interface of the PAW
3. Insert the USB end of a cable into the adapter and the other end of the cable into the device to be charged

How can I charge Paw?

1. Using the included micro USB/USB cable, connect the PAW to the USB port of a computer or an AC adapter from a power outlet
2. If the charge is below of 50%, one light will turn on. When the charge is over 50%, one light will turn on and the other light will blink. When the charge is 100%, both lights will be on.

Do you accept the return of a product purchased in an offline store?

We are currently not authorized to collect a product purchased at a physical point of sale, so we invite you to go to the same point of sale indicated and published on site.

What kind of guarantees are provided when I purchase a Qushini product?

The warranty, according to the law, has value for 1 year (this period is extended by 1 additional year for Italy) from the time of purchase reported on the receipt (1 year on invoice). For this reason we suggest to keep the purchase document until the expiry of the warranty period.
